Somatic Flow Mandala

Mandala Somatic Flow is a practice that helps the body gradually move out of a state of constant tension through movement, breathing, rhythm, and sound.

We become so accustomed to living with stress, rushing, and inner tension that over time we stop noticing how strongly the body holds on to all of it. Tension remains in the shoulders, jaw, breathing, muscles, and nervous system — even when a person tries to rest.

The practice is designed to help the body gradually begin to release this state. Through breathing, rhythmic movement, bodily impulses, and elements of Mandala dance, a sense of greater space in the body, freer breathing, and increased lightness begins to emerge.

Sound helps a person disconnect from the constant inner noise and transition more easily into a calmer and more balanced state. This is why many people describe the feeling after the practice as an inner “release” and relief.

What the practice gives

– release of accumulated tension
– freer and deeper breathing
– a feeling of lightness in the body
– reduction of inner stress
– better connection with your own body
– emotional and physical recovery
– a feeling of calm and inner balance

How the Practice Is Performed

The practice takes place in a calm atmosphere and includes:
– breathing techniques;
– rhythmic movement;
– body shaking;
– elements of Mandala dance;
– working with attention and sensations;
– a sound component for deeper relaxation.

No previous experience or dancing skills are required. What matters most is what the body itself begins to feel.

After the Practice

There is usually a feeling of lightness, calmer breathing, and inner release. The body moves more freely, while the overall state becomes calmer and more balanced.
