Female patient A, 65 years old

Complaints at presentation:
The patient presented with severe intercostal neuralgia. Pain intensity was rated 9 out of 10.
She also had an L4–L5 intervertebral disc herniation with lower back pain up to 8 out of 10, radiating to the legs and accompanied by numbness in the thighs.

Treatment provided:
A course of combined device-based physiotherapy:
laser therapy, shock wave therapy, and magnetotherapy.

Result:
After 5 procedures, the symptoms of intercostal neuralgia were completely resolved.
After 10 procedures, the lower back pain disappeared, leg numbness resolved, and overall well-being and mobility improved.

Male patient B, 73 years old

Complaints at presentation:
The patient presented with an L5–S1 intervertebral disc herniation. The pain radiated down the back of the right leg to the foot. Pain intensity was 8 out of 10.
He also had stage III osteoarthritis of the left knee joint. Pain during activity reached 9 out of 10.

Treatment provided:
A course of 10 combined device-based physiotherapy procedures.

Result:
By the end of the course, the pain symptoms had resolved.
Mobility improved, and the patient was able to walk more easily and move more actively without significant pain-related limitations.

Female patient C, 75 years old

Complaints at presentation:
The patient presented with complications after COVID-19: partial hearing loss, ear pain, shortness of breath, and sleep disturbances.
Symptoms of sinusitis were also present.

Treatment provided:
A course of 10 laser therapy procedures.

Progress:
After the 2nd procedure, hearing began to improve.
After the 4th procedure, the ear pain disappeared and sleep improved.
By the end of the course, breathing became easier and the complaints resolved.

Result:
After the course, the patient reported restored hearing, improved breathing, normalized sleep, and disappearance of ear pain.

Female patient D

Complaints at presentation:
The patient presented with grade III–IV coxarthrosis of the hip joint. Pain was rated 8 out of 10, with significant restriction of joint mobility.

Treatment provided:
A course of focused shock wave therapy (ESWT).

Progress:
After the first procedure, pain relief and improved mobility were noted.
After 3–5 procedures, the pain completely disappeared and joint movement improved significantly.

Result:
By the end of the course, the patient's pain syndrome had completely resolved and hip joint mobility was restored.

Complaints at presentation:
The patient presented with chronic pain along the sciatic nerve, rated 7–9 out of 10, associated with L4–L5 and L5–S1 intervertebral disc herniations.

Treatment provided:
A course of combined device-based therapy: SIS magnetotherapy, focused shock wave therapy (ESWT), and laser therapy.

Result:
The pain syndrome was completely resolved.

Male patient F

Medical history:
For 2 months, the patient underwent low-intensity physiotherapy (magnetotherapy, ultrasound) without positive improvement. He began walking with the support of a cane. The knee joint was swollen, painful, and had limited mobility.

Treatment provided:
A course of high-intensity magnetotherapy combined with shock wave therapy (ESWT).

Result:
By the 4th procedure, joint movement had become painless, the knee swelling had completely resolved, and the cane was no longer needed.
