ECG

ECG at AURA: precise heart diagnostics in real time

Electrocardiography (ECG) is a fast and safe diagnostic method that allows assessment of heart function, detection of arrhythmias, ischemic changes and other cardiovascular diseases.

At AURA Medical Center, we use a modern 12-channel electrocardiograph that provides highly accurate results thanks to real-time wireless data transmission.

How is the ECG procedure performed?

📍 Electrodes are attached to the patient’s body to record the electrical activity of the heart.
📍 The signal is transmitted to a computer, where ECG waveform graphs are generated.
📍 The doctor performs an analysis of the data and prints the results on regular paper, ensuring long-term storage.
📍 The results can be stored in digital format, making them convenient for future use and sharing with other specialists.

When is an ECG needed?

  • A preventive heart check-up - especially important for people over 40
  • Chest pain, shortness of breath, rapid pulse
  • Dizziness, weakness, loss of consciousness
  • High or low blood pressure
  • Before surgery or starting a new treatment
