Creole therapy

Creole therapy is a treatment based on rhythmic movements using bamboo fans. The repetitive movements create a sensation of flow throughout the body — as if tension is gradually being “distributed” and reduced, while a greater sense of lightness and warmth emerges. In Eastern practices, this is often described as working with energy flows, but the sensation itself is completely understandable and natural.

The procedure is performed calmly, without abrupt movements or intense pressure. The body gradually relaxes, breathing becomes more even, and the overall sensation becomes more balanced.
